Maintenance & Care

  • Keep your windows clean with warm soapy water
  • Do not over tighten screws/bolts
  • When drilling use a blunt drill to reduce the chances of cracking
  • Do not use countersunk screws where possible as they will create extra stress in material leading to cracks.
  • To reduce stress on material use select the thinnest practical sheet as cold curving acrylic will add stress to the material. If the radius is tight then thermoforming would be advised.
